Selection deserves real infrastructure
Grinexura is a Paris-based company building the operating system for competitive individual awards in Europe: scholarships, fellowships and studentships.
The people who run award programmes are not administrators by ambition. They are educators, foundation staff and researchers who want to fund the right candidates and explain why. Instead they spend most of a cycle moving files between seven or nine disconnected tools.
We started Grinexura because that work is structurally solvable. Intake, validation, assignment windows, discussion, decision and impact reporting belong on one record, with an audit trail strong enough to answer a challenge two years later.
We build in Paris, host in the European Union, and work with a small number of design partners at a time so the product stays grounded in real cycles rather than in demos.
A human always decides
Assist can summarise, cite and flag. It never scores, ranks or rejects. Every acceptance, edit and override is logged with a name against it.
One vertical, done properly
Individual competitive awards only. We say no to adjacent markets so the product stays specific to how selection committees actually work.
Evidence over adjectives
We publish our method and report the before/after administrative-time metric per client, including when it disappoints.
European by construction
Data stays in the European Union, retention is written down per category, and applicants can exercise their rights without asking us for a favour.
